I’m not from the area; on a long road trip home I stopped here. I got the Leon bowl with shrimp and fries. Walked into the restaurant and it was so clean. I love a great authentic spot with a clean atmosphere, physically and energetically. Like I said, not from the area and on a road trip so I had to use the bathroom, one of the cleanest restaurant bathrooms I have ever seen. 💪🏽 smelled good, not even a drop of water on the counter. It was nice. The service was good and they’re quick and my food… 👏🏽 🏽 I loved the bowl. It was delicious! And the fries nice and crisp. Great, reliable Mexican restaurant. We had attentive service and the menu was as expected. Maybe a bit pricey, but alas. We were catching up and we made it clear we would be there for awhile- said we would put our menus at the end when we were ready to order. Our server understood the vibe which was much appreciated. The house marg was decent and the chipotle chicken plate was yummy. I will say when it was served it was slightly above warm and seemed it had been sitting for awhile. Once we ordered the food did come out super fast. In general I was happy with the experience and would recommend this place. I have been to Leon a number of times. I hate how big and delicious the margaritas are because I just can't stop from ordering one every time I go. They have a variety of flavors and I have tried them all, but I really enjoyed the Blackberry Margarita. Awesome 42 oz Margaritas aside, the food has always been delicious and sizeable portions last me for at least a second leftover meal later. And HOLY GUACAMOLE! their fresh guac is so yummy in my margarita filled tummy! If you're not sure that you want to order the guacamole, don't second-guess yourself and get the freaking guacamole! The last dish I ordered from here was a tamale. It was so good and it was Is topped with a heaping hot pile meat and sauce and I can't stop thinking about it 2 weeks later. I am hot natured but I am freezing every time I come in the restaurant and have to eat with my jacket on all year round. Last year we ate here with my father-in-law who was 86 years old and he got so cold he had to stop eating before he was done and go out to the car while we finished eating. we had said something to the waiter early on. He said was going to say something to the manager but nothing was done. I'm hot natured so if I'm freezing in the restaurant, EVERYBODY in the restaurant is freezing. This was my second time here, and it's definitely now my favorite Mexican restaurant (I was feeling that way even after my first visit). The place is very clean and classy (none of that kitschy pastel decor - nothing wrong with that, but it's nice to have a break from that once in a while). The food is excellent, and the service is very prompt. Overall it's just a great experience, and I'm looking forward to the next time I stop in. - 9/18/2021 

🌯🥗🌮Food was awesome there employees were fast and friendly. And to just be getting Mexican 🌮 style food they serve your stuff on pretty elegant plates 🍽 and stuff. First time there about 3pm yesturday, awsome food, waiter was awsome very helpfull and fun. His name was Ramiro, but one star taken off because the greater at door (didnt get his name) was rude as hell, i feel anyway. I said hi how you doing he said how many real bluntly and walked us to table and literally throw our menues on table and walked away. We will be back only when Ramiro is working. - 9/18/2021 

The Leon Parrillada is excellent! All the meats are well seasoned and cooked nicely. I also had them sautee 3 jalapeños to go with it and they were perfectly cooked as well.
